NVOCC/ Logistics & Sales Support

Job Description and Requirements

Achieving department goals through proper sales planning and management by:

Revising and analyzing data, developing monthly plan according to the required set objectives and targets, Arranging for the telephone calls and or visits (if needed).

Selling shipping and transport services by:

Checking, negotiating prices and dealing with the different providers, Preparing Offers to clients. Booking the shipments and passing the details to clients.

Handling the Operational aspects of the Export shipments (NVOCC/ Forwarding/ Liner) through:

Arranging Shipping Orders and documentation of the shipments. Follow-up arrival of shipments to Aqaba, invoices from carrier and release of BL, Issue our invoices and calling clients to collect BL or release after payment.

Handling the Operational aspects of the Import shipments (NVOCC / Forwarding/ Liner) through:

Booking with carrier and coordination with the NVOCC provider/ principal on releases and X-work, check and confirm BL details or release, Issuance of Payments/ Invoices and collection/ delivery of delivery orders.
