Area Manager

Job Description and Requirements

Working as an Area Manager for Liwa Minor in Qatar gives you the opportunity to lead a dynamic, performance-focused team in the region where the food industry is thriving. In recent years we had expanded our market across UAE with the concept-The Coffee Club and the plan continues to spread across GCC.

In this role you will have full accountability for your first store opening in Qatar, expansion of business, operations and financial performance. Obvious with the support of Management and Store team.

Also you will be responsible for  administration of  various  aspects  of  the  store  operation  to  ensure it  meets  the  company’s requirements and policies. The Area Manager will manage all the members of the restaurant team in multiple locations and will be able to determine the performance and contribution of every employee in his area. In addition, this position holds the responsibility to coordinate with other functions, both within and outside the organization. The key mission of the job is to deliver Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee.





1. Male/ Female age between 25-45 years old

2. Minimum Experience of 5 years in restaurant operations or Hote t least 2 years’ experience at Sen. Restaurant Managerial Level or managing multiple stores.
